Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price perception on purchasing decisions of AQUA bottled drinking water in Sidoarjo. A quantitative approach was employed using purposive sampling involving 88 respondents who had consumed AQUA and resided in Sidoarjo. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, price perception also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that better product quality and more favorable consumer perceptions of price lead to higher purchasing decisions toward AQUA products. Therefore, product quality and price perception are important factors that should be considered by companies to maintain and improve consumer purchasing decisions.
