Abstract

This study aims to determine : (1) the effect of brand image and consumer satisfaction on trust. (2) the effect of brand image, consumer satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty of Aqua brand mineral water. The Population of thid research are consumers who have purchased mineral water brand Aqua in the Sidoarjo area. In this study using a sample of 200 respondents using quota sampling technique. Data analysis using Path Analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that brand image and consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on trust. Brand image has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Brand image and consumer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through trust.
