Abstract

The study was based on knowing and analyzing the marketing strategies employed by Aqua Home Service Dua Putri Driyorejo Gresik using SWOT analysis method in order to maximize the power to seize the opportunities that exist, minimize weaknesses and find a way out of any threats. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive methods and data collection techniques indepht interview. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and where samples are taken are the owners, employees, and consumers remain Aqua Home Service Dua Putri Driyorejo Gresik. Based on the analysis using the SWOT analysis techniques, the IFAS table shows the power factor which is owned by Aqua Home Service Dua Putri Driyorejo Gresik is member of the PT. Tirta Investama, inexpensive product price, distribution speed, and satisfying service, while his weakness factor is Lack of communication among employees, product price "Aqua" expensive, inefficient distribution vehicles, narrowness of the company's location. In EFAS table shows the opportunities that are owned by Aqua Home Service Dua Putri Driyorejo Gresik is durable products, product brands known widely, the product is a basic requirement, local development projects, higher consumer purchasing power, while the threat is owned is the issue of counterfeit products, price competition with competitors, has not followed the advances in technology, the emergence of a competitor's product brand "Aqua" with the addition of the innovations that are beneficial to the body.
