Abstract
PT Saka Indonesia (SAKA) merupakan anak perusahaan sepenuhnya PT Saka Indonesia (SAKA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk (PGN). As an upstream oil and gas company, SAKA plays a crucial role in meeting PGN's long-term gas requirements. SAKA’s primary focus lies in the exploration, exploitation, and development of oil and gas resources—including coal bed methane (CBM)—as well as other potential energy sources. The scope of SAKA’s business is clearly defined in its Articles of Association, which have undergone several amendments, most recently in 2022. Backed by the full support of its parent company, PGN, SAKA is committed to continuing its contribution toward meeting national energy needs.
