Abstract
PT. Pabrik Gula Candi Baru was originally established as a sole proprietorship on September 19, 1911. Its legal status was officially registered with the Clerk of the Surabaya District Court under Registration No. 122 on October 31, 1911, under the name NV. Suiker Fabrik Tjandi. Based on the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) held on February 8, 1962, the company's name was changed to PT. Pabrik Gula Tjandi. This change was approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. Y.A5/112/1 dated October 4, 1962. Furthermore, pursuant to the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders, which was formalized in the Deed of Amendment to the Articles of Association No. 73 dated August 28, 1993, prepared by Imas Fatimah, S.H., a notary in Jakarta, the company's name was officially changed to PT. Pabrik Gula Candi Baru
