Abstract
PT Kuanta Prima Indonesia is a company that actively organizes internship programs with a considerable number of participants in each period. The monitoring of internship activities was previously carried out using several separate platforms, namely Google Form, Google Spreadsheet, and WhatsApp, causing internship data and activities to be scattered and making it difficult for mentors to monitor participant progress in a centralized manner. This research aimed to design and build the frontend of a website-based internship monitoring system using the React.js library integrated with REST API services through the application of the Scrum method. The system was developed for four user roles, namely Admin, Chief Operating Officer, Mentor, and Intern, with features including data management, attendance, learning materials, assignments, competency quizzes, and final assessment. The development was carried out in five sprints, each producing a feature increment that was evaluated through sprint review and sprint retrospective. Testing was performed using Black Box Testing to verify functionality and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to assess user acceptance. The Black Box Testing results showed that all test scenarios passed successfully, while the UAT involving ten respondents obtained an average acceptance rate of 81.8%, which was categorized as very good. Therefore, the developed frontend of the internship monitoring system is feasible to use and is able to support the internship monitoring process at PT Kuanta Prima Indonesia in a more centralized, structured, and efficient manner.
