Abstract

Analyzing the cost-effectiveness of a monthly payroll scheme is essential for organizations experiencing rapid growth and workforce expansion. As the number of employees increases, organizations face greater challenges in managing payroll budgets efficiently. This internship aimed to calculate employees' hourly wages across different branches, evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the monthly payroll scheme, and provide recommendations for improving the payroll system. The methodology included data preparation, data cleaning, exploratory data analysis (EDA), SQL-based data analysis, data visualization, and reporting. The analysis indicated that improvements were needed to enhance payroll effectiveness across multiple branches. The proposed recommendations include implementing employee retention programs and conducting regular employee satisfaction surveys. These findings and recommendations are expected to support organizations in making more informed decisions regarding human resource management and payroll budget allocation.
