Abstract
Operational vehicle management plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of business activities at PT. Bank XYZ. The poorly structured management process creates various problems, such as incomplete data recording, overlapping vehicle usage schedules, and low transparency of vehicle availability information. These conditions disrupt company operations and reduce work efficiency. This study aims to design a website-based operational vehicle management system using the Laravel framework and MySQL database to facilitate loan applications and monitor vehicle status online.real-time, and the preparation of vehicle usage reports. System development was carried out using Agile methods to accommodate changing needs iteratively. System testing was carried out using theblack-box testingUsing PHPUnit to ensure all functions run according to specifications. Test results indicate that the system meets functional requirements, has an easy-to-use interface, and is stable for implementation in an operational environment. The system implementation can improve vehicle management efficiency by reducing recording errors, accelerating the vehicle allocation process, and providing information and reports in real-time.real-timeThus, the developed system can support more effective, transparent, and structured operational vehicle management and improve the company's operational efficiency.
