Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of mobile banking transactions, ATM services, and bank size on profitability. The population consists of conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2024 period. The study employs secondary data obtained from the annual reports and financial statements of the sampled companies, which were accessed through the official Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website and the official websites of the respective banks. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 16 banks with a total of 96 firm-year observations. This study adopts a quantitative approach and applies multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics version 27. The results indicate that mobile banking transactions and ATM services have no significant effect on banking profitability. In contrast, bank size has a positive and significant effect on profitability, indicating that larger banks tend to have a greater ability to generate profits.
