Abstract
In today's digital era, the digitalization of organizational reporting systems has become a pressing need to enhance data efficiency and accuracy. The E-PKK website was developed as a solution to support the documentation and reporting processes of the Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) program in Sidoarjo Regency. The main objective of this system is to simplify the management of activity data in a structured and real-time manner, as well as to facilitate the preparation of annual reports digitally. The website was developed using the Laravel framework for the backend and Blade templating for the frontend, supported by HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The development process began with a user needs analysis through observation, followed by UI/UX design, system implementation, and testing. The key features implemented include a login system, annual report recapitulation, information dashboard, activity recap, and activity data recap. This website is expected to serve as an effective digital tool to support PKK administrators and improve communication between villages, sub-districts, and the regency level. In addition to providing practical benefits for the institution, this project also serves as a valuable learning experience for students to understand software development processes in the industrial world.
