Abstract
In today's digital era, technology-driven data management and educational services have become essential for educational institutions. CodingKid, a technology learning program for students, requires a dashboard system capable of effectively managing participant data, learning programs, and testimonials. However, prior to this internship project, the existing dashboard system was suboptimal and had limitations, such as an unresponsive interface, limited data visualization features, and a lack of integrated management for participant data and testimonials. These limitations drove the development of a new system designed to enhance efficiency and streamline information management. The solution implemented during this internship involved developing and deploying a CodingKid website based on the Laravel framework, with a specific focus on the dashboard interface. The development followed the Waterfall methodology, encompassing requirements analysis, interface design, UI implementation, data visualization integration using Highcharts, and an evaluation and revision process with the mentor. Key tools utilized included Laravel as the development framework and Bootstrap to ensure a modern, responsive interface. The project resulted in the development of a dashboard that is more interactive, responsive, and user-friendly. The system presents data in a structured manner, supports user registration and program information display, and provides features for inputting and managing testimonials via the admin dashboard. Additionally, the integration of interactive charts enhances the clarity and informativeness of the data presented. This development is expected to improve CodingKid's operational effectiveness and provide a better learning experience for participants. For the student, the project offered practical, hands-on experience in web-based information system development.
