Abstract
Subsidized fertilizer is fertilizer that gets a government discount in its procurement and distribution to meet farmers' needs. In the effectiveness of distributing the subsidized fertilizer program, the emphasis is on the importance of the '7 Rights,' which include the right type, right amount, right price, right place, right time, right quality, and right target recipients. This study aims to measure the level of effectiveness in subsidized fertilizer distribution, analyze farmers' perceptions of its effectiveness, and examine the factors that influence farmers' perceptions of the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution. The methods used include scoring analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution in Cangkringsari Village reached 85.75%, which falls into the very effective category. The effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution based on the “7 Rights” is perceived as very effective across the board. The right amount, right price, right place, right time, right quality, and right target recipients all have a significant impact on the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution. Meanwhile, the right type does not have a significant effect.
