Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Regional Original Revenue (PAD), Fiscal Balance Funds, Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR), and Open Unemployment Rate (OUR) on the economic growth of Nganjuk Regency during the period 2006–2025. This research employed a quantitative approach using secondary time-series data obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK). The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with EViews 12 software. The results indicate that, partially, Regional Original Revenue, Fiscal Balance Funds, and the Labor Force Participation Rate have a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while the Open Unemployment Rate has a negative but insignificant effect on the economic growth of Nganjuk Regency. Simultaneously, Regional Original Revenue, Fiscal Balance Funds, the Labor Force Participation Rate, and the Open Unemployment Rate have a significant effect on economic growth. The findings are expected to provide useful insights for local governments in formulating fiscal and employment policies to support sustainable economic growth.
