Abstract

This study examines the influence of Green Finance, Environmental Accounting Reporting Score (EARS), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Fintech Adoption, and Independent Commissioners on the financial performance of banking institutions. A quantitative research design was applied using secondary data obtained from the annual and sustainability reports of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2025 period. The research sample was determined through purposive sampling, and the data were evaluated using panel data regression techniques with EViews 14 software. The findings reveal that Green Finance positively affects banking financial performance. In contrast, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Fintech Adoption are associated with a significant negative effect on financial performance. However, neither the Environmental Accounting Reporting Score (EARS) nor Independent Commissioners demonstrate a statistically significant relationship with banking financial performance.
