Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of the number of tourist visits, the number of tourist attractions, and hotel occupancy rates on Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) in Trenggalek Regency, as well as to determine the contribution of the tourism sector to PAD. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary time-series data from 2010–2024 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Tourism and Culture Office of Trenggalek Regency, and the Regional Revenue Agency. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression, accompanied by classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, the coefficient of determination (R²), and tourism sector contribution analysis. The results indicate that, partially, the number of tourist visits has no significant effect on PAD in Trenggalek Regency, with a significance value of 0.117. Hotel occupancy rates also have no significant effect, with a significance value of 0.260. Meanwhile, the number of tourist attractions has a positive and significant effect on PAD, with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly affect PAD, with an Adjusted R Square value of 80.3%. Furthermore, the contribution of the tourism sector to PAD in Trenggalek Regency remains relatively low, averaging around 5–6%.
