Abstract
This study aims to examine and prove the effect of leverage, liquidity, and managerial ownership on the financial performance of conventional banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019–2024 period. This research utilizes secondary data from a sample of conventional banking companies listed on the IDX during the 2019–2024 period. The sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 11 companies that met the criteria, with a total of 66 observation data. The data were analyzed using panel data regression analysis with EViews 12 software. Partially, the results indicate that leverage has a significant negative effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, liquidity and managerial ownership do not have a significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, leverage, liquidity, and managerial ownership significantly affect the financial performance of conventional banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019–2024 period.
