Abstract
This study aims to understand and determine the factors that influence customer loyalty to wardah cosmetics. The population used in this study were UPN "Veteran" East Java students, with criteria consisting of male or female and the 2018–2020 class. The sample required 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling. The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely data collected or obtained directly from the research object. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multipe linear regression analysis. Thus, the results of this study, namely, simultaneously and partially brand image, product quality, and customer satisfaction, have a significant effect on customer loyalty for Wardah cosmetics.
