Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of village fund management for the development and empowerment of the Klurak village community, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. The type of survey used is descriptive and uses qualitative methods. The data collection method used was direct observation, interviews, and complementary documents from the RPJKMD klurak, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. Keyman used in this study consisted of 4 (four) people consisting of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Finance Section and Community Leaders. The analytical method used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the survey results, it can be concluded that the service of the Klurak village government is good and the community is also enthusiastic about the implementation of development. Village funds are managed based on indicators of effectiveness, meaning that the process of design, implementation, inspection, openness and welfare to the community has been carried out well.
