Abstract
This Field Work Practice (PKL) was conducted at the Center for Human Resources Development of Oil and Gas (PPSDM MIGAS) Cepu. The purpose of this activity was to evaluate the performance of Stripper C-05 using mass and heat balance approaches. Stripper C-05 is an essential part of the distillation unit, functioning to separate light fractions carried along with the stream through the injection of steam. Based on the analysis results, the column efficiency was determined to be 89.6217%, indicating that the performance of Stripper C-05 was within a good operating range and met the refinery standards.
