Abstract
The construction of the fly over for the West Outer Ring Road (JLLB) located in Gresik uses a prestressed concrete structure with a PC-I Girder cross section with a span of 40.80 m and 30.60 m. In this final project, modification of the PC-I Girder section will be made to PC-U Girder and the addition of the span to 59.9 m with the aim of making the structure more effective and also the interior of the PC-U Girder section that can be used to place MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to add beauty to the structure. This study aims to perform a prestressing design according to the response of the girder due to the service load on the two objects of review. The following objects are exterior and interior girders, which will be designed in such a way that there will be no difference in the chamber due to the different prestressing designs. The design range control is given by T.Y Lin and the tension control is given by SNI 2847;2019. The result of this final project is that the force in each object being reviewed is 259.883 kNm, therefore the analysis is carried out by trying to uniform the number of tendons because they are not too far away, namely 98 strand 8 tendons and the same chamber is obtained at 179,097 mm (upwards). uniform.
