Abstract
Himec Cafe Surabaya is a type of cafeteria in Surabaya. Himec Cafe Surabaya is always moving to keep innovating in creating products that are always updated. Himec Cafe Surabaya offers a variety of food and beverage menus, the hallmark of this cafe is Japanese food. In an effort to meet customer satisfaction, one of the ways done by Himec Cafe Surabaya is to provide quality service, offer a variety of products, and set prices that aim to meet customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the variables that affect consumer satisfaction at Himec Cafe Surabaya. The population and sample in this study were consumers who bought and consumed or used products at Himec Café Surabaya as many as 100 respondents. The type of data used is primary data. The data collection technique was done by giving questionnaires to Himec Cafe Surabaya consumers, using Purposive Sampling techniques. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously service quality, product, and price significantly influence consumer satisfaction at Himec Cafe Surabaya, because the calculated Fvalue is 41.802 > Ftable 2.70. Partially service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Himec Cafe Surabaya, because the value of tcount 4.632 > ttable 1.985, then partially the product does not significantly influence customer satisfaction at Himec Cafe Surabaya, because the value of tcount is 0.181 < ttable 1.985, and partially the price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Himec Cafe Surabaya, because the value of tcount 5.460> ttable 1.985.
