Abstract
This research is related to how the influence of career development and work motivation on employee performance at the Head Office of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze career development and work motivation simultaneously and partially significantly influence employee performance on the performance of the employees of the Head Office of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Surabaya. The technique in sampling uses Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis and using a questionnaire in processing data using the help of an SPSS application program. Respondents in this study were 77 employees of the Head Office of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of career development and work motivation variables on employee performance simultaneously and together. There is a positive and significant influence on career development partially on employee performance, and there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance partially at the Head Office of PT.
