Abstract
This thesis report was prepared to document the stages of the thesis titled "Design and Development of an Integrated Medical Record Website for Independent Midwife Practices in Semampir Subdistrict Using the Rapid Application Development Method." This thesis aims to produce an Integrated Medical Records Website for Independent Midwife Practices in Semampir Subdistrict that can assist midwives in managing independent practice data, managing patient data, recording patient medical records, and monitoring visit reports at each independent midwife practice. Development using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was chosen because this method enables rapid system development and adapts to user needs. The development of the Integrated Medical Records Website for Independent Midwife Practices was carried out using the Laravel framework with an MVC approach. The development process was divided into two iterations covering the design of use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, interface design (wireframes), through to the implementation stage. Before delivery, the system was first tested using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Both tests concluded that the system met the expected functional requirements and received positive feedback from users in supporting services at independent midwife practices.
