Abstract
A meeting is an official forum held to discuss matters related to the implementation of an institution or organization's work program. Due to its formal nature, meetings serve as a forum for problem-solving, program discussion, and program evaluation involving multiple parties, all of whom have the right to express suggestions, criticisms, and opinions openly, focused, and straightforwardly. In today's technologically advanced era, meeting management can be facilitated by the use of technology. This fieldwork practice aims to create a meeting attendance system that can schedule meetings, record attendance, and print attendance reports for the needs of the East Java Water Resources Public Works Agency. The creation of this Meeting Attendance System will use the programming languages html, css, js using the Bootstrap framework. With the creation of this Meeting Attendance System, it is hoped that it will be able to meet the needs of the East Java Water Resources Public Works Agency.
