Abstract
The advancement of digital technology has created opportunities for the widespread growth of online gambling, which is currently categorized as a new form of cybercrime based on internet networks. This study examines law enforcement against online gambling crimes at the Bojonegoro Resort Police, including the obstacles encountered and the efforts undertaken to address them, by employing an empirical juridical approach through observations and interviews. The findings reveal that law enforcement has been carried out procedurally in accordance with the provisions of criminal procedural law. Nevertheless, limitations in personnel and facilities constitute internal obstacles, while the low level of public legal awareness represents an equally serious external challenge. Strengthening the competence of law enforcement officers and improving legal awareness within society are considered essential long-term solutions.
