Abstract
The rapid growth of the construction industry has been accompanied by increasing project complexity, however the industry still faces challenges such as cost overruns and discrepancies between the Implementation Budget Plan and actual conditions, indicating that the application of constructability is not yet optimal. This study aims to identify constructability factors that influence the Implementation Budget Plan and to analyze the levels of importance, performance, and gap as a basis for determining improvement priorities. The method used is a quantitative approach through a questionnaire survey of contractors, analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results show that the average importance level of 3.737 is higher than the performance level of 3.368, indicating that most factors have not met expectations. A total of 16 variables fall into the improvement priority category because they have a compliance level below 100%, while some other variables have demonstrated performance that meets or exceeds their importance. Therefore, performance improvements are needed through training and implementation enhancements to optimize constructability in improving the efficiency of the Implementation Budget Plan and minimizing project cost overruns Keywords: Constructability, Implementation Budget Plan, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)
