Abstract
The development of the PT Perkebunan Nusantara 1 Regional 5 dashboard application aims to improve the efficiency of data management through a modern, responsive and user-friendly interface. The previous dashboard had several drawbacks, such as unintuitive navigation, low responsiveness, monotonous visual design, and weak security due to its PHP Native basis. The development was carried out using the Laravel and Bootstrap frameworks, which support modern design and improved functionality. The development process was carried out using the Waterfall methodology, covering analysis of requirements, design, implementation, and revision. New features implemented include the integration of interactive graphics using Highcharts, more intuitive navigation, and notifications to help users understand the application process more easily. Migrating to Laravel also enhances security through middleware authentication, input validation, and CSRF protection, thereby minimising the risk of cyber threats. The results of the development show a significant improvement in visual design, responsiveness and ease of navigation. With its new features and enhanced security, this dashboard supports the company's digital transformation, improving operational efficiency and enabling faster and more accurate decision-making.
