Abstract
This study analyzes the differences between daily flow and daily water level on discharge data using the Two-Way ANOVA method to support the implementation of ISO 9001:2015. The research was conducted at the Department of Public Works for Water Resources (PU SDA) using historical data from January to March. Data were processed using SPSS through normality, homogeneity, Two-Way ANOVA, and post hoc tests. The results show that the data are normally distributed but not homogeneous. The Two-Way ANOVA indicates no significant difference between daily flow and daily water level (sig. > 0.05), although post hoc analysis reveals differences between certain months. These findings highlight the importance of consistent measurement, data validation, and continuous improvement in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 to ensure reliable water resource management.
