Abstract

This research is motivated by the digital sense that many consumers are turning to online purchases so that small and medium businesses also follow online-based sales. So this study aims to determine the effect of online consumer trust and satisfaction on the interest in product repurchase. The research method used in this study is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were consumers of the Agung Silver Jewelery online store through the Tokopedia and Shoppe marketplace account with a sample of 59 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that there is a part between consumer confidence and interest in repurchasing also has to do with customer satisfaction with the interest in repurchasing products. Meanwhile, together, which is a significant interest between trust and satisfaction with the interest to repurchase products. Keywords: consumer trust, customer satisfaction, repurchase interest
