Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of financial distress and profitability on Sustainability Report Disclosure, as well as the role of Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable in property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling method with a quantitative approach and secondary data obtained through the documentation of annual reports and sustainability reports. Data analysis was conducted using Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) with the assistance of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of the study indicate that financial distress has a negative effect, profitability has a positive effect on Sustainability Report Disclosure, and Good Corporate Governance is able to moderate the relationship.
