Abstract
Enhancing Public Services of the Civil Registration and Population Office in Surabaya through the optimization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with improvements in complaint Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and employee performance evaluation in Indonesia reflects the government's responsiveness to demands for more efficient public services. The focus on efficiency aligns with the awareness of the importance of providing fast, easy, and responsive services to meet the needs of the community. The research problem encompasses how the process of improving SOP for complaints and evaluating employee performance can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of services in the Civil Registration and Population Office in Surabaya. The goal is to enable the author and readers to understand how the improvement of business processes and employee performance evaluation can contribute to the realization of more efficient, responsive, and quality services. The results of these changes are expected to create more responsive and efficient public services, improve citizen satisfaction, and strengthen trust in government institutions.
