Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menganalisis pengembangan atraksi agrowisata Kampung Susu Dinasty berbasis agroindustri di Desa Sidem, Gondang, Tulungagung, dengan fokus pada pengelolaan produksi susu, distribusi, dan pemasaran produk olahan seperti susu pasteurisasi, yogurt, milky blend, serta permen susu. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap informan kunci (pemilik, manager, staff), hasil menunjukkan pengelolaan efektif dengan pasteurisasi manual berstandar BPOM, namun terbatas oleh umur simpan pendek dan ketergantungan pemasok eksternal. Distribusi bergantung penjualan langsung di toko oleh-oleh dan event lokal, sementara pemasaran memanfaatkan promo harga dan wisata edukatif untuk target keluarga serta rombongan sekolah. Pengembangan atraksi berpotensi melalui inovasi produk (es krim, puding, susu cendol), perluasan outlet perkotaan, peningkatan teknologi pengolahan, dan kolaborasi eksternal untuk keberlanjutan ekonomi. Model integrasi peternakan-pengolahan-wisata menciptakan sinergi nilai tambah, meski tantangan meliputi variabilitas bahan baku dan kapasitas produksi manual. Kata Kunci: Agrowisata, agroindustri, Kampung Susu Dinasty, atraksi wisata, pengolahan susu, pemasaran produk. ABSTRACT This research analyzes the development of agritourism attractions at Kampung Susu Dinasty based on agroindustry in Sidem Village, Gondang, Tulungagung, focusing on milk production management, distribution, and marketing of processed products such as pasteurized milk, yogurt, milky blend, and milk candy. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation with key informants (owner, manager, staff), findings indicate effective management with manual pasteurization meeting BPOM standards, yet limited by short shelf life and external supplier dependency. Distribution relies on direct sales at souvenir shops and local events, while marketing leverages price promotions and educational tourism targeting families and school groups. Attraction development holds potential through product innovation (ice cream, pudding, cendol milk), urban outlet expansion, processing technology upgrades, and external collaborations for economic sustainability. The integrated farm-processing-tourism model creates value-added synergy, despite challenges including raw material variability and manual production capacity.
