Abstract

the analysis of human resource performance on work productivity, particularly in the Water Resources Planning Division through involvement in various activities of the Water Resources Council (DSDA). The analysis was conducted based on direct observation during the internship, which included the preparation of meeting reports, updating the Water Resources Management Plan (RPSDA) matrix, recapitulating meeting minutes, and supporting cross-sector coordination in commission meetings and plenary sessions. The performance of staff and work teams was analyzed using indicators such as discipline, timeliness, work skills, accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to work collaboratively, all of which were proven to influence the smooth preparation of planning documents and the realization of the 2023–2024 work programs. The results indicate that employees with strong performance and coordination were able to improve the effectiveness and quality of task completion, while constraints such as delays in data submission, lack of document consistency, and inter-agency communication barriers remained significant factors hindering productivity. Therefore, improvements in the performance evaluation system, strengthening of internal and external coordination, and optimization of information systems are required to support more effective and sustainable work productivity in provincial water resources management.
