Abstract
A pizza company called 21pizzacasamanco has been processing data to improve the quality of information useful for their business decision-making. The data processing starts with data cleaning, followed by an analysis of order trends, favorite pizzas, annual sales, as well as best-selling and least-popular products. Based on the analysis results, 21pizzacasamanco has designed a web application that can interactively visualize sales data, featuring sales trend graphs, percentage diagrams of sales per pizza type, as well as a table of pizzas with the highest and lowest sales. This application has proven effective in helping the company's management make strategic decisions. In the development of the 21PizzaCasaManco web application, the filtering and pizza ordering form features have been tested and function well. For further development, it is recommended to add a feature for pizza orders to be stored in a database, as well as an online ordering feature, to enhance the user experience and business efficiency.
