Abstract

In the context of regional government, the Department of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) has a crucial role in managing information and data. Digital transformation has encouraged governments, including Indonesia, to focus on the effectiveness of data management, as reflected in Presidential Decree Number 39 of 2019 concerning One Indonesian Data (SDI). SDI is the basis for the government to provide accurate, up-to-date, integrated and responsible data. Therefore, the aim of this initiative is to integrate Meta Data, One Data and Open Data policies, with the hope of increasing the availability of quality data. In achieving this goal, the method used is a point-to-point approach which facilitates direct connections between two applications. This approach allows efficient exchange of data, functions and processes, optimizing the integration of the policies being proposed. A comparative study was conducted to evaluate approaches and strategies for implementing similar policies by other regional governments, with the aim of extracting practical guidance and the best solutions that can be adapted to the context of Kediri Regency. The results of this project show success in realizing the integration of Meta Data, One Data and Open Data in Kediri Regency. The impact is significant, making it easier for various agencies in Kediri Regency to manage data, optimize data-based decision making, and increase administrative efficiency. As a suggestion for the future, it is necessary to continue to develop human resource capacity and strengthen information technology infrastructure to maintain sustainability and improve the quality of data services at the regional level.
