Abstract
The development of the SITUK application (Integrated Competency Test Information System) aims to provide an efficient and integrated digital platform for managing all stages of the competency test process, from participant registration to exam result assessment. This application is designed to facilitate various involved parties, including exam organizers, participants, and examiners, by presenting a user-friendly and responsive interface. SITUK allows for online participant registration, structured exam question management, as well as accurate and quick exam result assessments. The main features offered by SITUK include participant data management, question bank management, online exam implementation, automatic assessment, and comprehensive exam result reports. This application is also equipped with strict security systems to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of user data. During its development, agile methodology was applied to ensure the system's flexibility and adaptability to dynamic user needs. The testing and implementation of SITUK have been carried out in several educational and training institutions, showing positive results in the form of increased operational efficiency, accuracy in assessments, and reduced time and costs required in the competency test process. Therefore, SITUK is expected to support the improvement of the quality and credibility of competency tests in various sectors.
