Abstract
Public awareness of environmental issues encourages companies to build a Green Brand Image to maintain customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Brand Image and Green trust on the loyalty of Aqua gallon customers in Surabaya. The research employed a quantitative approach with purposive sampling of 100 respondents who had used or were currently using Aqua gallon products. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results reveal that Green Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, while Green trust also shows a positive and significant influence. These findings emphasize that a strong Green Brand Image and consumer trust in the company’s environmental commitment play a crucial role in shaping customer loyalty. The study provides strategic insights for companies in developing sustainable marketing practices.
