Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country which is currently actively developing facilities and infrastructure. Of course, the development process requires qualified experts, for example from service companies engaged in consulting & construction planning who will be involved in it. To be able to compete, companies in these fields must have strong internal controls. A company has important components that can support the company's management activities, and one of those components is the Payroll & Wage Accounting System. This is what underlies this research because knowing whether the Payroll Accounting System is good, then the internal control system will be well formed so that it can minimize losses that will later be borne by the company. The results showed that PT. Adhiguna Teknika Abadi is quite good in terms of organizational structure and control, but there are shortcomings that lie in the dual functions that apply in the company. Healthy practices in this company have also been well established, namely the value of honesty that is upheld and bonuses that can make employees even more enthusiastic in carrying out their work. And for a company, competent employees will be one of the benchmarks for whether the tasks run effectively and efficiently. In an effort to get competent employees, PT. Adhiguna Teknika Abadi has conducted a selection of prospective employees and job training for registered employees.
