Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence rubber latex production in Tanjung Anom Village, Terusan Nunyai District, Central Lampung Regency. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach by applying the multiple linear regression analysis method. A total of 60 rubber farmers were selected as respondents through a purposive sampling technique. The independent variables used include land area (X₁), plant age (X₂), and labor (X₃), while the dependent variable in this study is the amount of rubber latex production (Y). The results of the analysis show that land area and labor have a positive and significant influence on rubber latex production, while the variable of plant age does not show a significant influence. These findings confirm that optimal land use and efficient labor management are important factors that can encourage increased productivity of smallholder rubber plantations in the region.
