Abstract
The process of construction of infrastructure in Indonesia is growing rapidly, such as the construction of houses domiciled in Surabaya. On the project or the building of course party trakait require the services of a construction involving multiple contractors or workers that the number could not a little. For it required an agreement between the parties which lure or agreement of how the work is done by the piece. The problem in this research is a form of, due to, efforts and also peyelesaian dispute made by the contracting parties and also private parties in accordance with Article 1313 of the Book of the Law of Civil Law about the Agreement. As for the problems of this agreement is Article 47 of the Employment Contract Construction. This paper aims to determine the form of responsibility and form of legal dispute that reached the CV. Razaki Jaya Abadi on chartering a building that is made in the contract agreement construction work with related parties. This research is a Normative Juridical research that collects data literature law books, scientific journals, mass media, and the laws and regulations that relate to issues of the discussion in this thesis. Data sources in this study is derived from primary data such as interviews with the contractor and secondary data, yanng consists of primary legal materials, secondary, and tresier. Data collection method is done by literature study and observation. Based on the results between the parties CV Razaki Jaya Abadi and related parties are not in accordance with the agreement of contract of work of Law Number 2 of the Year 2017 but common agreement that is made with based on kinship.
