Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the factors that can affect audit delay in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The factors in this study are proxied by company size, return on assets (ROA), and the size of the Public Accounting Firm (KAP). This study uses quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population of this study is all manufacturing companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 – 2019. After using a purposive sampling technique, the number of companies that have met the required sample criteria are 14 companies. Based on the results of the study indicate that the size of the company and return on assets (ROA) affect the audit delay. While the size of the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) has no effect on audit delay. Keywords: ROA, Firm Size, KAP Size, and Audit Delay
