Abstract

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is a key indicator that reflects the economic performance of a region. In the last five years, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province recorded low economic growth compared to other provinces in the Bali and Nusa Tenggara region, especially in 2019 and 2023.This study aims to analyse the influence of PMDN, PMA, Export, and Labour on NTB's GDP for the period 2006-2023 using secondary data from BPS and multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that simultaneously the four variables had a significant effect on GRDP, but partially only PMA and Labour had a positive and significant effect, while PMDN and Exports were not significant. This finding confirmsthat foreign investment and labour absorption play an important role in driving the growth of NTB's GRDP, while the contribution of domestic investment and exports still needs to be increased.
