Abstract
This study aims to analyze the value or level of efficiency of input use towards output produced by the City of Surabaya. The method used is the Growth Accounting Model which is the method used to calculate the Total Factor Productivity value. Total Factor Productivity (TFP) is a measure of the efficiency of input use, namely the amount of labor and capital owned by a region to produce output, namely Gross Regional Domestic Product in a region, which is often associated with the role of technology. The value of the Total Factor Productivity calculation can be used by the local government to design related policies such as economic growth, as well as other policies related to employment. The variables used are Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Number of Labor, and Capital. This study focuses on the calculation of TFP of Surabaya City from 2011 to 2024. The results show that TFP growth in Surabaya City tends to be low and fluctuates every year.
