Abstract
The rapid development of technology has increased the demand for computer devices and services. This condition has also led to a rise in the need for computer sales and repair services. Toko Tecomp’99, a computer sales and service provider in Surabaya, still relied on a conventional system for service orders and product sales, which caused inefficiencies such as delayed communication between customers, technicians, and administrators. Therefore, this study aimed to design and develop a web-based information system for computer sales and service orders at Toko Tecomp’99. The system was developed using the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method, which emphasizes iterative and adaptive processes. The development process began with requirements analysis and planning game, which produced 38 user stories as the foundation of system development. The implementation was carried out through four iterations, each consisting of iteration initialization, design, implementation, system testing, and retrospective. The system design employed Unified Modeling Language (UML), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and user interface wireframes. The implementation utilized the Laravel framework, Tailwind CSS, and MySQL. The resulting website provided core features such as product management, service order processing, sales transactions, payment status monitoring, service tracking, and user role management (admin, technician, and customer). Based on black-box testing, all functionalities derived from the 38 user stories worked successfully without errors, demonstrating that the system met the functional requirements and operated as intended.
