Abstract
Go-Jek is an online-based transportation service provider that released the 'Vertibokek' campaign in Surabaya. This online transportation company provides GoCar, Go-Ride and Go-Pay services in advertisements that appear on Go-Jek's official YouTube channel. Until now, the video ad has been watched by tens of millions of users on YouTube. The population in this study was the people of Surabaya who used YouTube and had seen the Go-Jek ad version 'Vertibokek' when accessing videos on YouTube. Data analysis techniques in this study using frequency tables. From the results of the overall attitude of respondents to the version of Go-Jek ‘Vertibokek’ version, it showed a positive attitude, both in terms of cognitive, affective, and conative aspects.
