Abstract
ABSTRACT The Village Fund Allocation Program certainly brings significant hope to the village community, because the allocation of village funds is expected to bring changes to village development. However, there are still many villages that are lagging behind in development because the implementation of village fund allocations is still not satisfactory. This study took a sample of 54 respondents, namely the village head or village treasurer in Sidoarjo Regency. The sampling technique was purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires, aiming to determine the effect of transparency and community participation on accountability and management of village funds. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square with the help of SMART PLS 3.0. The results showed that there was a significant effect between transparency and public participation on accountability. There is a significant effect between community participation and accountability on the management of village funds, but there is no significant effect between transparency on the management of village funds. There is a significant effect between transparency on the management of village funds through accountability, but there is no significant effect between community participation on the management of village funds through accountability.
