Abstract
The existence and diversity of social media at this time are widely used for business development, with modern concepts that exist in social media utilized by modern business people to try to convey their business vision and mission through social media which is currently widely used by various groups of people from various - kind of economic level. In this research, the method used is descriptive which is part of a qualitative analysis using in-depth interview data collection techniques related to sales increase based on marketing strategy indicators in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with the SWOT method on Mie Setan Gresik. Through analysis using IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary), Mie Setan Gresik has a score of internal factors, namely, Strength of 3.2 weakness of 2.4, while scores of external factors, namely, opportunities of 2.95 and threats of 2.4 in the company. The strategic choice is to use an SO strategy, so that in the S and O diagrams lies in quadrant I, the company has the power to maximize opportunities that exist by supporting an aggressive growth policy (Growth oriented strategy).
