Abstract
The ban on importing waste to China Amerika Serikat part of the National Sword Policy in 2018 has caused the United States whose one of the countries that has made China Amerika Serikat their main target for exports of manufactured waste, hit with major consequences. Amerika Serikat a consequence of the National Sword Policy, pollution and environmental damage in the United States has become massively increased. This study aims to explain the consequences of China's decision when making the National Sword Policy which then results in pollution in the United States, along with the response made by the United States Government through its representative body, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, to deal with air and water pollution in the United States of America. The author uses a descriptive method with the Environmental Policy concept approach which describes the actions taken by the United States Government to prevent or reduce the harmful effects of human activities on ecosystems. In this study, the author will describe America's dependence on exports of manufactured waste to China Amerika Serikat well Amerika Serikat the efforts made by the United States Government to overcome environmental pollution that occurs Amerika Serikat a consequence of China implementing the National Sword Policy.
