Abstract

In general, a prenuptial agreement is an agreement made before marriage. When entering into a prenuptial agreement, both parties are not yet husband and wife. As with most agreements, a prenuptial agreement has legal force and regulations that must be adhered to by both parties throughout the marriage. The content of the prenuptial agreement is adjusted to mutual agreement. For example, someone working in a limited liability company chooses to use a prenuptial agreement to separate personal and joint assets. The results of this study discuss the role of prenuptial agreements in protecting assets during marriage and analyze prenuptial agreements to minimize unwanted risks.
