Abstract
This field practice report documents activities conducted at the Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Minyak dan Gas Bumi (PPSDM MIGAS) in Cepu. The center, with a history dating back to the Dutch colonial era in the early 19th century, is an official institution under the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) focused on human resource development in the oil and gas sector. Its main activities include training, certification, and managing technical facilities, all of which require the implementation of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) and Environmental Management Systems (SML) to mitigate operational risks. This report provides an overview of the plant's history, location, organizational structure, and standard working hours
